We are committed to helping answer any customer inquiries, concerns or issues relating to online orders on a timely manner. You may reach our office via phone or email during our hours of operations.
If we are unable to resolve the matter to the customer satisfaction, we have an easy, no hassle product return and refund policies (within 30 days of purchase).

Shipping Policy and Rates
The Supply Nest will ship all orders within one business day of order placement. Orders received before 12:00 noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same day. Those that are received after 12:00 noon EST will be shipped the following business day.
The Supply Nest uses FedEx Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail for our standard shipping, and it usually takes about 5 business days for orders to reach you. Holiday seasons or large orders may take longer.
Standard shipping and handling charges for delivery to each US address in the 48 contiguous states are as follows:

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or any other US territory outside the 48 contiguous states, a surcharge of $1.00 will be added to the standard shipping fee.
Expedited shipping options are available. The rate will be calculated based on product weight.
Return Policies
All returns require a Return Authorization Number.
Prior to sending any product back to us, you MUST first contact us via email thesupplynest@thesupplynest.soahost.net or via phone 1.800.THE.NEST (M-F 9:00am-6:00pm EST) to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instruction. You will need to provide us with your name, order number and any other information that will help us to process the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.
Damaged Goods
If products are damaged through shipping, please also contact us as soon as possible for instructions on replacement or refund.
